The polyurethane foam insulation pipe is made of rigid polyurethane foam, which fully fills the gap between the steel pipe and the casing, and has a certain bonding strength, so that the steel pipe, the outer casing and the insulation layer form a solid whole. The thermal insulation pipe of this kind of raw material has good thermal insulation performance, extremely low heat loss, and long-term operation can greatly save energy.

Polyurethane foam insulation pipe runs smoothly than traditional insulation pipes, and it can significantly reduce energy costs. And it has strong waterproof and anti-corrosion ability. High impact resistance, it can be directly buried in frozen ground underground, and the insulation pipe will not be broken. Polyurethane insulation pipe is currently the best insulation material, and its service life is extremely long.

After many experiments and certifications, the temperature resistance, thermal conductivity, and environmental performance of the prefabricated foam insulation pipe have reached the current domestic highest standards. It is a real high-performance product with heat preservation and corrosion resistance. Polyurethane insulation pipe has excellent performance unmatched by other insulation products, and has played an important role in the urban heating pipeline industry.

The polyurethane foam insulation pipe is divided into three layers from the inside to the outside:

The first layer: The working steel pipe layer generally selects seamless steel pipes, spiral steel pipes and straight seam steel pipes according to the design and customer requirements. After the surface of the steel pipe is treated by the advanced shot blasting process, the rust removal grade of the steel pipe can reach the Sa2 level in the GB8923-1988 standard, and the surface roughness can reach the R=12.5 micron in the GB6060.5-88 standard.

The second layer: Polyurethane insulation layer: a high-pressure foaming machine is used to inject rigid polyurethane foam plastic stock solution into the cavity formed between the steel pipe and the outer sheath at one time, which is commonly known as "tube-in-tube foaming".

The third layer: high-density polyethylene protective layer: pre-made black or yellow polyethylene plastic pipe with a certain wall thickness. One of its functions is to protect the polyurethane insulation layer from damage by mechanical hard objects, and the other is to prevent corrosion and waterproofing.
